Krinis Apartments operates without reception services from 2021 and on. However, we will be available to assist you 24h per day.

Please note that, from 2021, we do not offer reception and daily cleaning services. Housekeeping is made only upon request.

One children under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds or sofas.

• Payment terms

​

 

-For online bookings you will be asked to pay the total reservation fee, payable using Paypal secure interface or just using your credit/debit card.

 

As concerns paypal, it depends on your country's policy if you need to create a Paypal account or you can just use your credit/debit card without creating a Paypal account.

 

-If you don't want to use our Secure Payment System you can contact us by Phone (+302241078987) Email (info@krinisapartments.gr) or use the Contact Us form. We usually request a deposit payable with your credit/debit card or payable by bank transfer within a reasonable time. Please read the applied cancellation policy below.

• Cancellation policy

Free! If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, deposit or total reservation fee will be refunded and no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified 14 days before arrival, the deposit or total reservation fee will be charged.

In case of premature departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Car / Bike / Bicycle Rental Service

We will be happy to arrange a car, bike or bicycle rental for you in competitive prices. Send us your request and we will send you the relevant rental information so you can decide if it fits you.

• Smoking

​

 

Smoking is restricted to smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited into the rooms but allowed at each room's balcony.

• Pets

​

 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to accompany customers.

• Damage by Guests

In the event of malicious or wilful room or other property damage, ''Krinis Apartments'' will charge the amount of any loss sustained by it.
